Our CARIBEE LIME MANGO MUSTARD sauce is not only wonderful drizzled on top of baked salmon, but try and make tuna salad with it (one of our favorite customer's named Leslie swears by this!). 
 
Caribbean Chicken Salad Recipe:
 
1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced thin
1 celery stalk, sliced thin
1 cup grapes or dried fruit, such as raisins or apricots
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 container of Caribee Lime Mango Mustard sauce
 
Toss everything together and enjoy!

SPINACH & ARTICHOKE SAUCE RECIPE:
 
Florentine Baked Founder
 
1 pound flounder or sole
6 tablespoons Spinach & Artichoke Sauce
Italian Bread Crumbs
extra virgin olive oil
 
Heat oven to 400 degree.
Place each flounder filet on a cookie sheet and smear some Spinach and Artichoke Sauce down the center.  Roll each filet up and place in a baking dish.  Take about 1/2 cup bread crumbs and add about 1-2 tablespoons olive oil and blend till oil is combined with crumbs.  Top all of the flounder roll-ups with bread crumb mixture.  Bake for 12 minutes.
